Before This set of stairs was over 20 years old and had extensive rotting in
the boards. There was also concerns about how it was attached to the
porch and the fact that the leading posts were not cemented into the
ground.

 n 1 | After The stairs have been replaced with new pressure treated lumber, brackets and the lower posts have been cemented in place.
There are two coats of paint and the steps have been specially treated to reduce the chance of slipping when wet.
